Our Story

Jane Alexandra Events began the way many great love stories do — with a wedding.

In 2015, what started as the joyful and immersive process of planning my own personal wedding unveiled something more: a deep love for thoughtful design, intentional details, and creating gatherings that feel as seamless as they are meaningful. By early 2016, that spark became a business, built on the belief that couples deserve not only a beautiful wedding day, but a planning journey that feels calm, collaborative, and genuinely supported from start to finish.

A few years later, Crystal joined the story, bringing a background in luxury hospitality and an intuitive understanding of refined service and guest experience. Her arrival elevated how we approach both planning and design, blending creativity with strategy, instinct with precision. Four years ago, our partnership became official — a union that continues to shape everything we do.

Today, Jane Alexandra Events is rooted in personalization, layered detail, and an unwavering commitment to how a celebration feels, not just how it looks. From our first conversation to the final farewell, we craft experiences that are thoughtful, immersive, and deeply reflective of the people at the center — celebrations remembered not only for their beauty, but for the way they made everyone feel.

    From creative direction and custom design development to vendor collaboration and seamless event production, we oversee each phase with care and precision. The result is a planning experience that feels calm and considered — and a celebration that reflects your story with beauty and purpose.

  • Starting at $3,500

    For couples who have curated much of their planning independently, coordination-only services are offered on a limited basis for select venues, providing calm oversight and polished execution on the wedding day.
